Description
The Newcastle Marriott MetroCentre is a modern glass fronted hotel situated off the A1, next to Gateshead's MetroCentre and three miles from central Newcastle. This five floor property features 150 air conditioned guestrooms decorated in traditional English style with floral fabrics and cherry wood furnishings. All include cable television, dial up Internet connections, tea and coffee making facilities, safes, telephones and minibars. Some rooms interconnect. VCRs and movies are available to rent. Guests can enjoy access to an indoor heated pool complete with spa bath and a poolside area equipped with chaise longues. Those feeling energetic can head to the fitness room to work out on the cardiovascular equipment and in the free weights area, and then relax in the sauna. The restaurant and bar keep everyone refreshed throughout the day and evening and room service is available round the clock.
